Northern Tissue Group’s new store

A Lancaster based company is going all out to help locals save money in the tough economic times which we now face. Northern Tissue Group has opened a new factory shop at its Caton Road site. Thanks go 10 Lancaster and Fleetwood MP Eric Ollerenshaw, who performed the opening ceremony.

In addition to the Lancaster store, NTG have another factory shop in Heysham. “Our plan is to provide the general public of Lancaster and Heysham with an opportunity to buy toilet rolls, kitchen towels and facial tissues al factory prices”, says Steve Mulcahy, Northern Tissue Group’s managing director. “Our shop in Heysham has been well established on Heysham Business Park for some while and has become busy serving a wide range of customers including the general public, small retailers and wholesalers and budding entrepeneurs. “We have now extended this format to our site on Caton Road and provide the opportunity for the people of Lancaster to save money on their household paper products”. Nonthern Tissue Group employs 140 people at its paper mill in Lancaster and converting plant at Heysham. The shop will be open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
